We are building a serious, legally compliant community for content creators in Romania.
Adrian is one of those who has lived through the evolution of the adult webcam and online content industry since its very beginnings in Romania. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has witnessed both the remarkable growth of this sector and the constant challenges faced by those who work in it.
Over the years, he has observed a simple reality: content creators and online models work in a legitimate field, yet it often lacks organized representation and a clear framework for dialogue. This is where the idea of ACCMO came from—not as an impulsive reaction, but as a mature response to a real need.
For Adrian, ACCMO is not just an association. It is an initiative that aims to bring structure, professionalism, and balance to a sector that is constantly evolving.
ACCMO aims to facilitate dialogue with public authorities, support mediation in professional situations, and help build clearer, more balanced relationships with studios, agencies, and platforms. Beyond all of this, however, it’s about community—building an environment rooted in respect, responsibility, and trust.
Adrian believes that the industry’s maturity begins with taking ownership of it—with professionalism, transparency, and a commitment to building for the long term.
ACCMO Objectives
Clear directions for respect, safety, and professional dialogue.
Rights & professional dignity
We promote the rights and professional dignity of content creators and online models. We support the recognition of this activity as a legitimate form of work and expression.
A transparent legal & social framework
We promote the development of a transparent legal and social framework for working in this field. We contribute to clarity through responsible information and constructive initiatives.
Combating discrimination and abuse
We fight discrimination, stigma, and abuse against people in the industry. We promote respect and safety through best practices and balanced communication.
Member development & education
We support our members’ personal development, financial education, and digital education. We focus on useful resources and professional growth.
Dialogue with public authorities and relevant organizations
We facilitate dialogue with public institutions, private companies, and international organizations. We represent our members’ interests in discussions with public authorities.
Industry dialogue & online safety
We facilitate dialogue with agencies and studios in Romania, as well as with key platforms in the field. We organize online safety and data protection workshops, summits, and conferences dedicated exclusively to models. Over time, we aim to develop a support network that includes psychological support and counseling.
Why does ACCMO exist?
Content creators and online models in Romania work in a dynamic field, but one that often lacks representation, clarity, and organized support. ACCMO was created out of the need for a professional framework that brings information, dialogue, and safety.
Reasons for ACCMO’s creation:
- The lack of a unified voice for the industry
- Fragmented information about rights and responsibilities
- The need for digital and professional safety
- The lack of a structured framework for dialogue
- The need to join an exclusive community for people in the industry
- The need for coaching and personal guidance
- The need for guidance and training for working as a chat model or content creator
- The need for representation in relation to public authorities
- The need for mediation with agencies and studios
- The need for support in online work on webcam platforms or content-creator platforms
