The Association of Content Creators and Online Models in Romania is built around representation, organization, and the development of a better-defined community. ACCMO is a non-profit, non-governmental, and apolitical organization founded to represent and support the professional, legal, and social interests of people active in the field of digital content creation. ACCMO promotes respect, safety, and the recognition of this activity as a legitimate form of work.

The Association of Content Creators and Online Models in Romania has the mission of creating and supporting a clear legal, social, and professional framework for content creators and online models. Through institutional dialogue, education, information, and support, the association aims to combat discrimination and stigmatization, defend the interests of its members, and promote the practice of this activity in a safe, responsible, and respectful environment.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

ACCMO is a non-profit organization, with no patrimonial purpose, established as a private-law legal entity. The association operates independently, with its own assets, in accordance with the legislation in force and its statutory provisions.

INSTITUTIONAL DIALOGUE

The association acts as an official framework of representation for its members, facilitating dialogue with public authorities, state institutions, organizations, and relevant entities within the industry. ACCMO supports the professional interests of the community.

ACCMO brings together content creators, online models, and industry entities in a community based on respect, collaboration, and mutual support. We provide a space for information exchange, joint initiatives, and professional development.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY

The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the association, composed of all its members. It establishes the strategic directions, general objectives, and essential decisions.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors ensures the implementation of the decisions of the General Assembly and coordinates the association’s day-to-day activities. It acts in the interest of the members and in accordance with the ACCMO Statute.

CONTROL AND RESPONSIBILITY

The financial and administrative activity of the association is carried out in compliance with the legislation and internal rules. We promote the responsible and transparent management of resources.
